Adrien HALLER

CHAIRMAN’S MESSAGE

Founded in 2006, Charwood Energy is an integrated player offering manufacturers, farmers and local authorities tailor-made biomass energy solutions that address the issues of decarbonising the economy, energy autonomy and regional resilience.

We offer our solutions on behalf of third-party customers for self-consumption, or on our own account, selling the energy produced by the plants we own.

Following a successful IPO on Euronext Growth in 2022, we are once again raising funds for our subsidiary Charwood Innovation through the LITA platform, in order to accelerate the development of our solutions.

Our strategic roadmap is based on the following performance pillars:

  • Steady growth in sales to our third-party customers
  • Consolidation, from 2027, of a base of recurring revenues from our own-account business
  • Gradual increase in ARR

The Group

Group overview

Firmly convinced that biomass is one of the keys to meeting the challenges of the energy transition, Charwood Energy has been growing with a clear mission since it was created in 2012: providing turnkey plants to produce renewable energy from biomass.

By the end of 2021, Charwood Energy had already completed more than a hundred projects for third parties, representing a cumulative installed capacity of more than 54 MW and over 26 km of heating networks for several prestigious industrial companies like Engie, Paprec and Séché Environnement.

At the crossroads of biomass and green gases, Charwood Energy is ideally positioned to take advantage of a particularly buoyant French market, spurred by a highly favourable regulatory and economic context.

Charwood Energy has developed a circular model

A business that designs, builds and commissions turnkey biomass power plants for industry, farmers and local authorities through its subsidiary Energy&+.

Own-account production and sale of renewable energy through its dedicated subsidiary W&nergy, co-owned with France’s leading source of funding for renewable gas: the Eiffel Gaz Vert fund.
